Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes, all our fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the House of Creed in France. Each bottle features a unique batch code to verify its provenance.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and holidays.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrapping.

Do you offer complimentary samples?

Every full-size fragrance order includes two complimentary samples of your choice, allowing you to discover new scents from our collection before committing to a full bottle.

Why do some batches of the same scent smell slightly different?

Creed uses a high concentration of natural raw ingredients. Like fine wine, these ingredients can vary slightly by harvest, resulting in subtle nuances between different production batches.
