Creed Boutique is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original boutique box and shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item to confirm its original condition, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
